At CWS, we focus on providing comprehensive wealth management services to affluent households and families. Growing wealth, transitioning from employment to retirement, navigating the complexities of the sale of a closely held business, generational wealth transfers — each client has their own unique story. As your needs and priorities change throughout your life, we’re with you and your family, every step of the way.
Our process is centered on you. We work closely with you to develop a customized wealth management plan. Your unique strategy will include asset management along with income and balance sheet evaluation, estate planning, and tax optimization opportunities.
Your first meeting with CWS takes time. We start by creating a detailed financial picture for each client, which means we’ll spend a lot of time talking about aspects of your life that aren’t necessarily related to your investment portfolio. We’ll take the time to get to know you, your long-term goals, and your immediate objectives before we get down to portfolio details, because understanding your needs and preferences is essential to providing good advice.
We meet with you regularly, either in-person or remotely, depending on your preference. We stay in touch through phone calls and emails. We also send our clients regular communications to keep them informed of major market events and investment information, and we host seminars to educate clients on different financial topics. The majority of our communication is individual, focusing on planning and the long-term value of our advice. Our goal is your success, and you determine what “success” means to you. We are here to provide advice and guidance throughout your journey.
As a registered investment advisor, the cost of our services is based on a small percentage of investment assets, generally ranging from 0.50% to 1%. We are compensated to provide ongoing financial advice and investment management services that serve in the best interest of our clients. We receive no compensation from trade commissions or payment from investment companies for recommending specific products. A commitment to a low and transparent cost structure ensures that we can put our clients in the best possible position for long-term success.
