Jacquelyn joined CWS in February of 2020 as Front Office Manager, leveraging her operations experience from working with several large music organizations in the Kalamazoo area. Jacquelyn’s responsibilities include proactive outreach to, and warm reception of, our clients as well as coordinating all events and marketing efforts for the firm. A native of the Metro Detroit area, Jacquelyn graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
