Since joining CWS in February of 2019 Chris has worked as a Senior Client Associate and now serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Chris’s primary focus is on quality control of internal processes and client deliverables as she oversees all operational aspects of the business. Her 16 years with Upjohn/Pharmacia/Pfizer as a system administrator lend her a valuable skill set for improving the firm’s workflow processes and efficiencies.
